Walton Rotary Club's route for the annual Christmas Float
Santa Claus will be in Elmbridge for the next few weeks as he jumps on board the Walton Rotary Club's Christmas float.
The float is taken out annually and driven by Saint Nick across the borough collecting money for charities.
Since last year the float has been worked on by carpenter Bob Busby and David Meineck, husband of the Rotary Club's secretary Margaret.
The work including having the electric cart repainted and having it's roof line lowered.
The float was taken out for a trial run and given the nod of approval by eight year old Ella Blevins, the granddaughter of the club's president, Maurice Weaver.
To catch the float on its tour around the borough, it's schedule is featured below.
Monday 30th: It will be in Churchfield Road and High Street, in Walton.
Tuesday 1st: It will be in Long Lodge Drive and Rydens Road, in Walton.
Wednesday 2nd: It will be in Brampton Gardens and Queens Road, in Hersham.
Thursday 3rd: It will be in Ashley Park Crescent in Walton.
Friday 4th: It will be at the Walton Festival of Light, in High Street.
Saturday 5th : It will be at the Hersham Centre, in Queens Road, Hersham.
Sunday 6th : It will be at Homebase, in New Zealand Avenue, Walton.
Monday 7th : It will be in Rydens Avenue and Hersham Road, Walton.
Tuesday 8th: It will be at the car park in Hersham Station, in Molesey Road.
Wednesday 9th: It will be in Pleasant Place, Hersham Green and in the evening at the MENCAP Nova Club.
Thursday 10th: It will in Burwood Road and Onslow Road, in Hersham.
Friday 11th: It will be in Rydens Avenue and Sydney Road, in Walton.
Saturday 12th: It will be at The Heart, in Walton.
Sunday 13th: It will be at Homebase in New Zealand Avenue, in Walton.
Monday 14th: It will be in Castle Road and Oatlands Drive in Weybridge.
Tuesday 15th: It will be in Mayfield Road, Weybridge.
Wednesday 16th: It will be at The Heart in the morning, and at Walton Leigh School, in
Queens Road, Hersham at 1.30pm. In the evening it will be at the MENCAP adventurers.
Thursday 17th: It will be in Cambridge Road and Terrace Road, in Walton.
Friday 18th: It will at the Hersham Centre in Queens Road, Hersham.
Saturday 19th: It will be at the Brooklands, in Sopwith Drive, Weybridge.
Sunday 20th: It will be at Homebase in New Zealand Avenue, in Walton.
Monday 21st: It will be at the Heart, in Walton.
Tuesday 22nd: It will be at Sainsbury's in The Heart, and the High Street, in Walton.
Wednesday 23rd: It will at Sainsbury's in The Heart.
Thursday 24th: It will at The Heart from 11am to 1.30pm.
